🔹 Introduction to Pilates Principles – We’ll introduce the foundational principles of Pilates, such as breath, concentration, control, precision, center, and flow. You'll get a taste of how these principles guide every movement for maximum benefit.

🔹 Sample Exercises – Experience some basic Pilates exercises tailored to your current fitness level. This hands-on introduction gives you a feel for the method and helps us determine the best exercises for your needs.

🔹 Personalized Program Recommendations – At the end of the session, we’ll provide recommendations for your personalized Pilates program. Whether you choose private sessions, group classes, or a mix, we’ll guide you toward the best path to achieving your goals.
